What about the shortfall in funds if the state cuts aren't reversed and the Fed give-away runs out? Lots of jokers in the deck. It would be nice if we knew how much money the power plant might bring in. I find it hard to believe any figures with the current plants sitting on a huge stockpile of coal and the protesting against mining.
